Fleet Governance & On-Ground Operations
Our Operations team provides the complete operational backplane to run your service seamlessly without requiring you to build a team from scratch. Leveraging our Monitor Assistant and SOP Analytics, we deliver real-time remote supervision, fleet monitoring, automated re-routing, and V2X hazard prevention for swift fleet intervention and strict safety governance.
On the ground, our On-site Assistant framework deploys and manages certified field technicians, site leads, remote supervisors, and safety personnel operating strictly under established SOPs to ensure smooth daily operations.
Performance Analytics & Continuous Optimization
We keep your fleet moving through proactive maintenance, hardware diagnostics, and spare-parts management. Powered by live KPI dashboards, passenger and cargo analytics, uptime reporting, and incident learning, our operational data and insights continuously refine system performance.

Ski, Norway
The signed agreement, initiated by Holo, has brought Toyota Motor Europe and the Finnish technology company Sensible 4 into our self-driving partnership with Ruter. We are in charge of the daily operation of these vehicles and are inside the vehicles as a safety driver to ensure the rides to run as smooth as possible.
Having already established three autonomous shuttle routes in Oslo, the focus is now being shifted to suburban environments outside the city itself. More precisely, in this case, towards the town of Ski in Nordre Follo municipality.
