Turning decisions into live operations on the street.

A parking lot filled with several cars, some turned into parking spaces and others parked on the side. A red bus is visible on the street next to the parking lot, and apartment buildings are in the background with a setting sun casting a warm glow.

From spatial mapping to vehicle permit approvals – we manage the technical, regulatory, and physical execution to get your autonomous fleet safely onto the road.

What deployment covers

Deploying autonomous vehicles is more than just delivering hardware. Holo bridges the gap between digital planning and real-world execution, ensuring every route, system, and operator is fully integrated, safety-approved, and ready for launch.

Bridging Strategy & On-Road Execution

For organizations with an established baseline in autonomous technology, moving from initial concept or advanced planning state to physical deployment introduces a distinct set of operational and regulatory hurdles. Bringing automated fleets onto public roads demands precision, safety engineering, and a high level of technical integration.

Infrastructure Setup & European Compliance

Our Deployment team moves your project from planning to the street, handling all mapping, infrastructure, and safety approvals.

We capture HD spatial data and survey your routes to deliver precision HD mapping, ODD validation, and hands-on technical workshops. In parallel, we provide on-site support for your complete site and infrastructure setup, including charging networks, maintenance depots, and V2X smart infrastructure.

Navigating European compliance, we manage authority filings, safety documentation, and regulatory approvals with agencies such as the KBA, EASA, and national transport authorities to secure your homologation and vehicle permits.

Safety Protocols & Fleet Integration

To ensure safe, compliant operations, we establish comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols while delivering interactive workshops to train and certify your safety drivers, remote supervisors, and ground crews.

By combining hands-on workshop training with technical integration, we ensure your infrastructure, software, and staff are completely aligned before your vehicles hit the road for the first time.

Proof it works

Explore how our expertise turns complex autonomous vehicle mobility into successful, real-world deployments across Europe.

Grorud Valley, Oslo

The Grorud Valley area lacks public transport options; therefore, this project provides an innovative solution to an obstacle posed by mobility. The project aims to enhance public transport opportunities beyond their current state, offering a service that is affordable, accessible, and sharable.
In the project, we take autonomy to the next level in a three-year journey, aiming to have autonomous vehicles operating without a safety driver.

Akershusstranda-Ormøya-Kongens Gate, Oslo

The biggest self-driving project in Norway is a collaboration between Oslo Municipality, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Ruter and Holo. The project is an important milestone in the process of getting self-driving buses to the Oslo area.
