In addition to the initial training, a continuous recertification schedule allows for the constant improvement of the skills developed by the team members.

Our team consists of experienced pilots operating and monitoring both on-site and remotely. Our experts hold the necessary certifications to comply with the required permissions for each route, including relevant drone certificates, first aid training, and firefighting.
Furthermore, pilots are trained on diverse UAV types for various projects, such as offshore transport and infrastructure monitoring, providing them with extensive knowledge of complex and unique operations, such as the Wind of Change drone delivery logistics.

To guarantee compliance, Holo has created its own tools to support daily operations, meeting all necessary requirements to ensure regulatory compliance in operations.
The tools developed include an on-site assistant that supports the on-site crew with all relevant documentation of their assigned vehicle, as well as the monitor assistant, which allies the remote supervision team to follow along and report any issues with the vehicle when needed.

With a fully structured process for issue reporting, work orders, and interventions, Holo can document every maintenance action taken on autonomous vehicles we service and remain compliant with both vehicle vendor and authority requirements.

Leveraging this expertise, we provide customizable dashboards that allow customers to track and analyze vehicle performance in detail.
